Important Notice, Assumption of Risk, and Limitation of Liability
Please read carefully before purchasing, accepting delivery of, installing, or using this product.
This Product Disclaimer applies to the GhostAllAccess® Flat Cable EV Charger and related GhostAllAccess® EV charging products, accessories, and components, collectively referred to as the “Product.”
By purchasing, accepting delivery of, installing, placing, routing, or using the Product, you acknowledge and agree to the information below.
1. Certification Status
The Product is currently undergoing certification, testing, and regulatory review.
At the time of purchase, delivery, installation, or use, the Product may not yet have obtained all certifications, approvals, listings, authorizations, or regulatory acceptances that may be required, recognized, or preferred in certain jurisdictions.
This may include, but is not limited to:
UL
CSA
ETL
CE
UKCA
TÜV
Other applicable standards, listings, or approvals
By purchasing, accepting delivery of, installing, or using the Product, you acknowledge that you are aware of the Product’s certification status and voluntarily choose to purchase and/or use the Product in its current state.
2. Compliance With Local Laws and Requirements
Customers are solely responsible for determining whether installation, placement, routing, and use of the Product is permitted in their specific location.
Before installing or using the Product, customers must review and comply with all applicable:
Electrical codes
Building codes
Fire and safety regulations
Accessibility and pedestrian safety requirements
Utility company requirements
EV charging regulations
Local permitting and inspection requirements
Homeowner association rules
Landlord or property manager requirements
Municipal, state, provincial, federal, national, or international requirements
Any other rules or regulations applicable to the intended installation or use location
GhostAllAccess makes no representation or warranty that the Product is approved, authorized, permitted, accepted, or suitable for use in any specific jurisdiction, property, installation location, or charging environment.
3. Professional Installation and Electrical Suitability
Where applicable, installation should be performed by a qualified and licensed electrician or another appropriately qualified professional familiar with local electrical and safety requirements.
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that the electrical system and charging environment are suitable for the Product.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Outlet compatibility
Branch circuit capacity
Electrical panel capacity
Grounding system
Overcurrent protection devices
Weather exposure
Cable routing
Pedestrian access
Vehicle access
Installation conditions
Local code compliance
GhostAllAccess does not determine whether a customer’s property, outlet, electrical system, or installation environment is suitable for the Product.
4. Assumption of Risk
Electric vehicle charging equipment involves electrical, mechanical, environmental, pedestrian, vehicle, property, and operational risks.
By purchasing, accepting delivery of, installing, placing, routing, or using the Product, the customer knowingly and voluntarily assumes all risks associated with:
Product installation
Electrical connections
Charging operations
Public or private property use
Cable placement and routing
Pedestrian interaction
Vehicle interaction
Weather and environmental exposure
Property damage
Personal injury
Regulatory compliance
Improper installation
Improper use
Misuse
Failure to follow applicable laws, codes, or instructions
The customer accepts full responsibility for all decisions regarding installation, operation, maintenance, inspection, placement, routing, storage, and use of the Product.
5. No Guarantee of Regulatory Acceptance
GhostAllAccess does not guarantee that any authority, organization, or third party will approve, permit, authorize, insure, inspect, or accept the installation or use of the Product.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Authorities having jurisdiction
Municipalities
Utility companies
Insurance companies
Building owners
Property managers
Landlords
Homeowner associations
Government agencies
Regulatory authorities
Inspection authorities
Approval requirements may vary by location, property type, electrical system, and intended use.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GhostAllAccess, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, suppliers, licensors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, economic, or similar damages arising out of or related to the purchase, delivery, installation, placement, routing, use, misuse, inability to use, regulatory rejection, or performance of the Product.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GhostAllAccess’s total liability, if any, shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the Product, except where prohibited by applicable law.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations or exclusions of liability. In those cases, the limitation applies only to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
7. Insurance
GhostAllAccess may maintain commercial general liability insurance.
The existence of insurance does not create any warranty, guarantee, promise of coverage, assumption of responsibility, or admission of liability with respect to any installation, use, misuse, accident, claim, regulatory issue, or compliance matter involving the Product.

9. Customer Acknowledgment
By purchasing, accepting delivery of, installing, placing, routing, or using the Product, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Product Disclaimer.
The customer further acknowledges that they accept full responsibility for compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, installation requirements, safety requirements, electrical requirements, property rules, and operational practices.
